About Sarah:

Based near Newbury/Basingstoke, Sarah was not young when she started shooting!  But she has represented her county in Olympic Skeet and was the first woman to win the Eurotrap Championships.

I started shooting after a corporate event having Sarah Daly as my groups' Instructor. I was tempted to take up shooting from that day on after asking Sarah if she would take me on as my coach as I wanted to start as I meant to go on - properly, with the right technique to build on as I had not even handled a shotgun before then. That was just 2 years ago and having started on both Sporting and English Skeet, both of which Sarah coaches me, I suspect Sarah saw a potential for me to take on Olympic Skeet early in my shooting career. With Sarah's expert guidance ( and patience I might add ), dealing with the various mood swings that hits you with trying to succeed, being good one day, seemingly hopeless another, I feel that I am doing reasonably well - always want to be better - but progressing stage by stage refining techniques.

Sarah has been teaching clay pigeon shooting to my Son Tom (15 years) and my daughter Lorrayne (13 years) for the last 12 months. She has taught them regularly and at various locations in the South of England. I have found her to be a very patient and knowledgeable person. I believe that she has taught my children in a safe and professional manner. The children have not only learnt how to shoot but also how to be safe when shooting either in the field or on a range. Just back from hard day in shooting field !!! All thanks to you first drive 4 with 5 shots, not much more shooting for rest of day till last drive, had three right and lefts and would think about another 5 birds AND that was with keeper’s wife and son stood right behind me after asking if they could watch ....... !!!
